1. General
Use of this website (petrokalli.gr) implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any of these terms, please do not use the website.
2. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Petrokalli Houses. A reservation is considered final only after written confirmation.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: full refund
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: charge equal to 50% of the total amount
- No-show: charge equal to 100% of the total amount
4. Payments
Payment is made upon arrival. Petrokalli Houses reserve the right to request a deposit for certain reservations.
5. House Rules
- Check-in: 15:00 | Check-out: 11:00
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- Pets are not allowed without prior arrangement
- Guests are expected to respect quiet hours and fellow guests
6. Liability
Petrokalli Houses bear no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Travel insurance is recommended.
7. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the booking process are used exclusively to serve you and are not shared with third parties.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute.
